Royal Exterior Wood Finish - Lime Green

A bright, zingy modern shade of lime green, it can be used to brighten up any woodwork outside or in. It would look particularly striking painted on kitchen units or on timber garden structures such as an arbour.
Low maintenance weatherproof coating that contains UV filters to protect colours from fading. Superior product that protects against mould and prevents splitting. Water repellent finish that is quick and easy to apply with good coverage.

Coverage: 1 Litre will cover approximately 8m²

Advice: It is recommended that 2 – 3 coats be applied. If 1 coat is to be applied for a translucent look, apply Royal Clear on top to produce a harder surface finish. Protek Royal is a high-build formulation so each extra coat increases the colour and sheen. If applying to bare timber a knotting agent should be used prior to application. When applied to floorboards a top coat of breathable polyurethane sealant or varnish should be applied to protect against heavy foot traffic.

This is a protective water-repellent coating. If your timber isn't treated with a preservative then depending on the type of wood and product, you may want to use our Wood Preserver ++ first.

For light colours, we recommend using our Stain Blocking Primer to prevent the top coat discolouring from possible tannin bleed.
