The highlight to our local calendar is the annual Mid-Somerset Show in Shepton Mallet, returning on Sunday 17th August 2014.

As usual Protek is sponsoring this great event organised by the Mid-Somerset Agricultural Society. Reputed to be the largest free show (for pedestrians) in Europe, crowds will be entertained with a plethora of agricultural competitions including livestock, horse events, a dog show, floral displays, classic cars and not forgetting all of the wonderful local produce, the highlight of which are the cheese and cider competitions!
