Milking Parlour

For a number of years we have had an unsightly area in our garden, that was an eyesore.  It became the dumping ground for garden rubbish, a broken gazebo and a resting place for broken pots.  It was always one of ‘those’ jobs on the list that never got done but the lockdowns seemed to galvanise us into action and one weekend we got creative!

After clearing the space the fun began.  

Using our versatile Royal Exterior paint, which can be used on wood, masonry and metal, we transformed the space from an ugly spot to a tropical courtyard garden.  

Here’s how we did it;

• The chairs were painted in a diluted Stone Grey to create a wash effect.

• The metal chair was sprayed with Somerset Blue.

• The walls were painted in Chalky Blue

• The rainbow arch mural was created using Fuchsia Pink, Giddy Green and Clouded Yellow.
