Description
Our Yellow Water Based Wood Stain is buttery wood stain bringing a summery feel all year round. It gives an illusion of light and sunshine throughout your garden.
You can try this shade on any wooden garden products from planter to play houses. On a pergola the primrose colour will complement the growth of a traditional climbing rose such as Paul's Lemon Pillar.
Conforming to EN-71 this wood stain is suitable for use on children's play equipment. This wood stain is also waterproof and creates a coating that resists fungal and algal attack and it is safe to say it will last many years before requiring re-treatment.
This top quality garden paint waterproofs, nourishes and protects all types of external timber, providing your garden with all year round colour and protection.
The superior formulation of this product allows it to be applied to terracotta pots and masonry (will adhere to any material that is porous).
So why not have a go and cheer up those tired pots and old walls as well as your fences and shed. Be adventurous and give your garden a complete make over with this versatile product.
Being a water based wood stain, after applying our products brushes and rollers can easily be cleaned under the tap and they can then be reused for the same or other applications.

Advice: 2 coats are recommended with further coats increasing the solidity of the colour. Wood Stain + Protect is a wood stain coating so will wear off over time. If applying Wood Stain + Protect to a garden building that will be subjected to high levels of exposure to weather, it is recommended that you apply Protek Clear Tough Coat as a top coat.
This is a protective water-repellent coating. If your timber isn't treated with a preservative then depending on the type of wood and product, you may want to use our Wood Preserver ++ first.
