Shipping Policy
All our parcels are sent by courier service. Items are packaged to withstand damage as far as practically possible. We must have a full UK address, with postcode and contact telephone number, to ship goods.
A definite time and date of delivery cannot be given at the time an order is placed. If you would like a parcel to be left should no one be in, we require instructions of where the parcel(s) can be left (this would be at your own risk). If you do not want a parcel to be left, please put “Signature required” in this box when placing your order. Signature required is an insured delivery service and means the goods are not left at your risk.
Standard Deliveries
Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at weekends will be despatched on a Monday. Courier deliveries are sent on a Next Day Service. Delivery may be made any time between 8am and 6 pm. Deliveries are not usually made on Weekends, Public or Bank Holidays. The shipping charge is a contribution towards the cost of postage or courier service plus packaging materials. You can view shipping charges and options before entering any payment details and committing to your purchase.
You will receive notification from our courier once they have collected your order from us, stating that they are expecting a shipment for you. This should contain a link where you can view the status of your parcel and give you options for your delivery. You should then receive a second notification informing you that your order is “Out for delivery today”, with an estimated time of delivery. You should also be able to use this link to view the delivery driver’s progress.
Please note that there may be longer delivery times and additional delivery charges for consignments to Scottish Highlands, Islands, and any non-mainland addresses. To check which postcodes are included, please see the table at the bottom of this page.
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel within seven days of placing an order with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If your order is cancelled prior to goods being dispatched, you will receive a full refund. Credit notes will be issued for merchandise returned in saleable condition within 30 days. We cannot accept returns for refunds, exchanges or gift vouchers without proof of purchase. For returns by post the sender is liable for the postage charges and the risk of damage to the goods.
Please unwrap your order immediately upon receipt and inform us of any issues with your order immediately. With damaged or missing goods we must have notice within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged claimed for after this period. All goods are inspected prior to shipping; damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If you notice damage to the packaging, note this on the delivery receipt, save all packaging materials and damaged products. Contact us immediately and we will file a claim on your behalf and replace or issue a credit note for damaged goods.
