Description

This pretty blue is like the soft blue found on fragile bird eggs in the woodlands and hedgerows. A popular colour for modern interiors that also works very well in the garden and on exterior timber.

All in one treatment that is touch dry in 90 minutes. Easy to apply with good penetration and excellent colour retention. Virtually odourless high build product that revives dull looking surfaces.

Ideal for:
• Window Frames
• Doors and door frames
• Skirting boards
• Wood kitchen units
• Cupboards
• Furniture
• Joinery

Features:
• Long-lasting protection
• Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds)
• Low odour
• Water-based with linseed oil – natural renewable resource
• Translucent – allows wood grain to show through
• Rich long-lasting colour
• Water resistant with mould and fungal protection
• Microporous high-build coating

Coverage: 1 Litre will cover approximately 8m²

Advice: It is recommended that 2 – 3 coats be applied. If a lighter one coat finish is preferred we recommend 2 coats of Royal Clear to be applied on top, for added protection. Protek Royal is a high-build formulation so each extra coat increases the colour and sheen. If applying to bare timber a knotting agent should be used prior to application. When applied to floorboards a top coat of breathable polyurethane sealant or varnish should be applied to protect against heavy foot traffic.

For light colours, we recommend using our Stain Blocking Primer to prevent the top coat discolouring from possible tannin bleed.
